The Ce qui demeure rug, designed by Helena Soubeyrand for Toulemonde Bochart, transposes her botanical world into a large-scale composition, where the line becomes landscape. Created in a soft, monochromatic palette, the design unfolds freely across the surface, like the trace of a suspended gesture. A contemporary rug with a subtle expression, poised between abstraction and the evocation of life.

A design inspired by the plant world

With Ce qui demeure, Helena Soubeyrand explores the plant world through a design freed from any literal representation. The lines traverse the rug, intersect, and fade away to compose an abstract landscape in motion.

The change in scale gives the motif a new presence and transforms the rug's surface into a true space for expression.

The Softness of a Monochrome Palette
