Polyester rugs use different types of yarn. PET, based on recycled polyester, is a yarn that is either matte or shiny, and which offers very interesting resistance and washability properties. It can be used for indoor and outdoor rugs, adapting the finishes to the use. Dyeing is easy and the colors deep, and hand or machine spinning can also be adapted to obtain fancy yarns. It is a good compromise to the usual synthetic materials, due to its production from the recycling sector.
